Lead Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack JavaScript Developer with strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS.

Responsibilities

Develop new components and features for our full stack applicationsBuild reusable code and libraries for future use on both client and server sideWrite, audit, and improve our test coverageDocument and refactor our codebase ensuring high quality coding standardsParticipation in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debuggingProfiling and improving front-end and back-end performanceDesign and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applicationsIntegration of user-facing elements with server side logicImplementation and maintenance of security and data protection featuresCollaborate with team members to design, develop, test, and deploy high performance cloud-based applications

Requirements

Extensive experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.jsFamiliarity with AWS servicesSolid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3English: B2 and higher ( writing and speaking)Leadership experience with a technology team, including effective delegation of tasks and issue resolutionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical clientsStrong understanding and experience of system design, data structures, and algorithmsAbility to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript codeFamiliarity with testing frameworks like Jest or MochaUnderstanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
