Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JavaScript Developer / Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in JavaScript and be proficient in NodeJS, AWS, Heroku, React, and Web Components. You will lead our development team, driving innovative solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining our recruitment platform.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript.Develop and maintain server-side applications using NodeJS.Design and implement scalable solutions on AWS.Manage and deploy applications on Heroku.Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.Create reusable Web Components for our application suite.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior JavaScript Developer or Team Lead.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks/libraries.Hands-on experience with NodeJS, AWS, Heroku, React, and Web Components.Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
