KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Job Responsibilities:

The consultants shall serve as Microsoft .NET programmers who will perform services to re-write the current CASE system to allow it to be compatible with the current DoIT web application platform so that this system can be maintained by DoIT Shared Services unit.The consultants shall provide computerprogramming services to facilitate the re-write and upgrade of OIG’s Case Administration & System Enquiry (CASE) web application.The consultants shall work with current OIG technical staff in mentoring and training them in the current re-write, upgrade, and maintenance of the new CASE system.The consultants shall work with current OIG technical support staff to program and implement additional CASE functionalities within the system as defined by the OIG technical support staff.The consultants shall work with the OIG and HFS technical support staff to incorporate other HFS/OIG database connection(s) required to be integrated within the CASE system.The consultants shall mentor and train the current OIG technical staff in the .NET development and .NET maintenance requirements needed to maintain the system after this contract expires.

Skills:

A minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Microsoft .Net Development

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with .Net Framework version 4.7

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with C# version 8

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Entity Framework version 6.4

A minimum of one (1) years’ experience with MVC version 6 and SQL Server version 2019.

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Teradata database systems.

A minimum of one (1) years’ experience with SAP Hana database systems.

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with DB2 database systems.

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Java.

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with JavaScript, Struts, and WebSphere.
