Position Overview:We're looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our super cool team. As a Flutter Developer at Connectinno, you’ll be key in designing, developing, and delivering amazing mobile apps using Flutter. You'll work with our team of designers, engineers, and product managers to create smooth, intuitive, and highperforming user interfaces.

Qualifications: 2+ years of proven experience developing mobile apps with Flutter and Dart. Familiar with state management libraries (Bloc, GetX, Provider). Know the ins and outs of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and new tech. Solid grasp of the full mobile development lifecycle. Bonus points if you know other programming languages. Skilled at writing clean, readable code. Good at integrating RESTful APIs and working with thirdparty libraries. Strong problemsolving skills and can work both solo and with a team. Good communication skills to vibe with team members and stakeholders.

Job Description: Always developing new apps using Flutter. Experience with ObjectiveC/Swift or Java/Kotlin is a plus. Work with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and roll out new features. Unittest code for reliability, handle edge cases, and ensure reusability. Fix bugs and boost app performance. Keep up with new tech to improve development efficiency. Maintain and optimize existing apps, implementing new features and improvements. Turn design mockups and wireframes into polished user interfaces, ensuring they are responsive and deliver the best user experience. Tackle performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues. Stay updated with the latest tech trends and integrate best practices into our processes.

Bonus Skills: Experience with native Android and iOS development. Knowledge of extra programming languages like Kotlin or Swift. Experience with backend integration using Firebase or similar tech. Contributions to opensource Flutter projects or personal app development. Published apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
