Powerbuilder Developer With Java Experience

100% Remote (EST Time Zone Only)

Fulltime Position

6+ years with proven experience as a PowerBuilder Developer Strong understanding of PowerBuilder development concepts and best practices. Proficiency in PowerBuilder development tools and frameworks. Good knowledge and hands on experience in Java programming language, JDK1.8 or above. Familiarity with Spring tool suite is preferred. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with experience in designing and optimizing database schemas. Familiarity with Sybase Database is preferred. Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum and Waterfall model. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
