Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Wordpress Developer at Maxpot. As a Wordpress Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, implementing responsive web design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to WordPress websites.

Qualifications

Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development skillsExperience in building responsive and user-friendly websitesProficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptStrong knowledge of web design principles and best practicesExperience with version control systems and development frameworksAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a virtual teamExperience with SEO optimization and performance optimization is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
