ResponsibilitiesParticipate in supporting and developing the custom fork of the Erigon blockchain node.Communicate with customers to understand and address their needs.Maintain and improve the codebase, ensuring it stays up to date with the upstream version of the Erigon node.Participate in the hiring process to expand the team with mid-level engineers and a DevOps engineer.Collaborate with a globally distributed team of experienced engineers.Improve the architecture and ensure the high performance and security of the blockchain network.Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with ZK (Zero-Knowledge) technologies and scalability solutions.

RequirementsExtensive experience as a Go developer with a strong background in blockchain technology.Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, cryptography, and distributed systems.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Interest in and knowledge of ZK technologies and scalability solutions.
