About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing enhancements and maintaining various SAGE products, platforms, systems, applications, and solutions using the Microsoft stack development tools and languages. This is an individual contributor role focused on product development, working closely with Agile teams to deliver features and capabilities desired by the business.

Key Accountabilities:Implement enhancements and maintain various SAGE products, platforms, systems, applications, and solutions primarily using Microsoft stack development tools and languages.Be an active contributing member of one or more Agile teams, focusing on developing features and capabilities desired by the business.Establish and maintain positive relationships with other Agile team members.Assist with architectural design on new features that fit well with existing systems.Implement Lean IT strategies to improve efficiencies.Research and implement software engineering standards to enhance the quality and quantity of solutions.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Experience: 7-10 years as a full stack developer using Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, C#, MVC, Razor, .Net Framework, and .Net Core.Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Angular or React.Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure.Agile Experience: Demonstrable experience working in a remote capacity as part of an Agile team.Planning and Organizing: Strong planning and organizing skills with a high level of attention to detail.Communication: Superb communication skills, capable of working closely with US and UK teams.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Professional Attitude: Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional attitude.Independence: Demonstrable ability to independently prioritize and balance multiple activities and deadlines.

Key Skills to Focus On:.Net Core and Framework: Extensive experience and proficiency.Frontend Development: Strong skills in Angular or React.Cloud Expertise: Proficiency with Azure.Database Management: Strong experience with SQL.
