Senior Backend Node.js Developer

Talento is hiring as “Senior Backend - Node.js” to one of our client outside Egypt!

Role Description:This is a full-time remote role for a "Senior Backend Node.js Developer" at Talento, located in New Cairo. The "Senior Backend Node.js Developer" will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and highly available backend systems for our applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and other related technologies. The "Senior Backend Node.js Developer" will also closely collaborate with our front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA engineers to ensure successful and timely releases of our products.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field4+ years of experience in backend development using Node.jsTypescript and Express mainlyStrong proficiency with Node.js and MongoDBExperience in designing and developing scalable and highly available backend systemsExperience in RESTful API design and implementationExperience in Microservices architecture and related patternsExperience in writing and maintaining unit and integration testsExperience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong understanding of Git and GitHubExperience in working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda is a plusManagement skills, Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams and problem-solving skills are number one requirements.
