We are actively seeking a Full Stack Developer (.NET + React) who will play a pivotal role in the development of our new SaaS product. As a member of our Australian development team, you will collaborate with QA professionals and DevOps specialists to build and sustain software components that meet the highest quality standards. This is a chance to engage with a global community of experts and influence major projects within our company.The successful candidate should have a strong background in software development, be adept in Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework, and demonstrate a history of significant achievements in the field.This role is remote, with a hybrid option available in Melbourne. It is open to candidates with valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities Adhere to and implement industry-recognized software engineering best practices, emphasizing documentation, performance optimization, maintainability, and code reusability.Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders to rapidly iterate and deliver on requirements in line with objectives set by the Product Manager.Design, develop, and sustain advanced UI and server components, with an emphasis on efficiency, security, and maintainability.Coordinate with external teams to troubleshoot issues and foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.Ensure DevOps procedures are effectively implemented for streamlined software builds and releases.Uphold exceptional standards of ethics and performance.

RequirementsExtensive experience in modern .NET stack.Extensive experience in TypeScript and React.Confident in working with relational databases (including design).Exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities.Self-motivated, independent, and adept at interpersonal communication.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.A passion for delivering the highest caliber of work.

Nice to haveExperience working with the Azure platform is a plus.
