We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Hub and SPOC (Single Point of Contact) Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub. Additionally, the candidate will act as a SPOC for our ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of various ITSM processes. This is a remote opportunity, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.Key Responsibilities:Integration Hub Development:• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub.• Create and manage integration workflows and automation using Integration Hub spokes and custom integrations.• Ensure seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems).• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and web services for integration purposes.• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.SPOC Responsibilities:• Act as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related integration queries and issues.• Coordinate with different teams to ensure alignment and integration of ServiceNow with other business applications.• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.• Monitor integration performance and proactively address any potential issues.Development and Customization:• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, and features to meet business needs.• Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.• Perform regular updates and upgrades to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compatibility and minimizing downtime.Qualifications:Education:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with Integration Hub and ITSM modules.• Proven experience in developing and managing integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub.• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and related technologies.Skills:• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and development best practices.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail.Certifications:• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – Preferred.• ServiceNow Integration Hub Spoke Developer – Preferred.
