We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow applications. This role requires a deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Architect, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.Configuration: Configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.Scripting: Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and other script-based components.Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using SOAP, REST, and other APIs.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, security, and data management.Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
