The right Senior Ruby on Rails Software Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

Full Stack skills with strong experience of the RoR framework.Agnostic experience of many languages and frameworks:Rails 7, C#, Java, Springboot, ReactJS, React Native, Selenium, CI/CD, Jira, GCP, AWS, Azure, and more!Experience of large software systems.Solid grasp of CI/CD principles, OO principles, software design patterns and anti-patterns.Cloud such as AWS or GCP.Relational databases.Natural aptitude for all things tech.Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to debug and diagnose in a sensible and methodical manner.
