Responsibilities

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.Design client-side and server-side architecture.Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.Write effective APIs.Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.Create security and data protection settings.Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.Write technical documentation.Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deploymentEnsure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities• Working within the Scrum team designing and implementing new features and services• Maintain a high level of quality in your output and test your own work before passing to QA for verification• Be able to manage a team that is geographically spread• Support of production environments• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of existing and emerging technologies relevant to the role• Communicate and escalate issues in a clear and timely manner

Mandatory skills required:

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Lead full stack developer Min 12+ Years of relevant work experience in full stack development.Should have experience in leading the team for at least 3 yearsShould be able to Architect the solutions for the business requirements.Technically competent to build complex and multipage web applications and mobile apps,SEO and UI/UXTrain the Interns into the above activitiesHe/she should be able to show case his/her portfolios of their past workGood communication skills both written and verbal and fluency in English is mandatoryWe are looking for candidates who can join within 30 days or immediatelyShould have good hands on experience (12+ years) in Html, css, Angular, Nodejs, java script, jquery, react js, spring boot, microservices, django, flask
