What is this job about?As our Founding Frontend Developer (m/f/d) you will shape our product and applandscape. Your role has the opportunity to scale our apps and to build a greatteam around it. With your expertise, you will make fundamental decisionsregarding the product and its underlying tech stack to deliver a polished appexperience to our users.

Who are you?You consider yourself a Product Engineer: Your job is way more than code. You should be eager to take part in the entire product life cycle: managing the product, iterating the product requirements with designers, establishing processes that help us iterate fast and confident. You are always curious and open to new challenges and learning opportunities.You want to grow: As our first developer, you will have significant impact on our journey as a company and we expect you to grow with it. You are encouraged to find your own path and grow into a lead role that fits you well. You enjoy working with frontend technologies (web or mobile) and have a good grasp of modern tech stacks. You don’t need to have years of job experience or impressive projects to show for. We will review every application individually to find out about your strengths.You craft high quality software: We don’t take shortcuts. a feature is done when it’s fully working and tested. You are responsible for the code you write and we expect you to always prioritize correctness.You love beautiful user interfaces: You don’t have to be a designer, but you should recognise a delightful app when you come across it. With our existing components, you should be able to create new features that blend into the app nicely.You speak German: We are creating a product that is specialized to the German market, and the domain is riddled with legislation. So your German language skills should be strong enough to navigate this challenging terrain. Ideally, you should be based in Germany so that you can use your own work in the wild!
