ServiceNow ITBM/SPM Developer

ECS is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Developers with an active clearance to work remotely.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking ServiceNow ITBM/SPM Developers with varying skill levels that will consult and support end to end ServiceNow implementations and delivery goals. These positions will leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.

Salary; $130,000 - $160,000

Required Skills:

Must be a US Citizen and possess a current Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher. Must possess and be able to demonstrate knowledge for current ServiceNow certification in two or more applications related to the requirement (SPM, HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM / Portal DevOps)Bachelor’s degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent3+ years’ ofServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience with Demand/Idea, Strategic Planning, PPMCertified Implementation Specialist (SPM)Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementationConsultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projectsKnowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting languageImplementation experience working directly with customers and clientsKnowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services

Desired Skills:

Security Plus (Sec+) certification or equivalentITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certificationKnowledge of relational databasesKnowledge of systems, infrastructure, and networks
