Job Description:Kulturra.com is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer who will be working with the Customer Success Manager in developing and implementing customer’s custom projects and also in troubleshooting and debugging codes to resolve customer’s support tickets.

Responsibilities:Attend customer meetings to gather requirements to be able to design, develop and implement the customer’s projectDevelop, test and document high quality business applications on the Force.com platform.Implement the new/custom design features you have developed Troubleshooting and debugging code to provide solutions to customer issuesDevelop technical documents that will support the development team, QA/Support team and Kulturra.com’s customers. Create and streamline new or existing documents on our Knowledge Base based on the customer support tickets that you have handled.
Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or any related field.3+ years development experience in the Salesforce.com platform. Proficient knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.Expertise on various Salesforce.com technologies like Apex, Classes, Triggers,Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, REST Services and HTTP callouts A MUST.Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies is a plus.
Preferred any of the Salesforce Certifications:Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Platform App BuilderSalesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Platform Developer II
Other skills:Ability to take business requirements and translate into technical specifications.Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.Ability to work remotely and attend daily stand-up meetings.Strong oral and written communication skills.
