Job Description• Receive requirements provided by the SST team and create requirement definition documents• Design and configure ServiceNow based on the requirement definition documents• Review Suntory's ServiceNow environment and propose efficient configuration changes and operational improvements to SST based on ServiceNow best practice

#Key Responsibilities:Implement ServiceNow as directed by the SST team【Specifics】• Configure ServiceNow ServiceMAP• Configure ServiceNow Discovery for configuration management with ITOM• Create Service Request Forms• Promote operation automation using Designer Flow• Migrate items currently managed with Excel to ServiceNow's database• ServiceNow Mid Server Redundancy• Create design/operational documents for ServiceNow for overseas group companies

#Qualifications and Skills:• Have experience involved in building ServiceNow for over 5 years• Proactively gather the latest information about ServiceNow• Have robust communication skills and relationship-building ability• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team• Provide technical support for the horizontal development of Suntory Global Group companies using ServiceNow
