About YouWe are seeking a passionate & experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our Software Development Team based in the Cayman Islands. If you have a strong background in software development and extensive experience with .NET and currently reside in the Cayman Islands, we would love to meet you.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software applications using .NET.Work closely with the Lead Software Developer/Architect to design solutions that meet clients' needs.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance.Resolve technical and functional problems in collaboration with other team members.Write and maintain precise and detailed technical documentation.Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced Team members.Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in .NET software development.

QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 7 years of professional experience building complex software solutions using .NET.Expert-level understanding of C# and .NET technologies.Strong experience with SQL-based databases (primarily MySQL).Solid front-end development experience with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, or React. Exposure to Kendo UI would be beneficial.Strong problem-solving skills.Demonstratable experience providing mentoring and/or guidance to less experienced Software Developers.Ability to work autonomously and within a team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional-level proficiency in English, written & verbal.
