ResponsibilitiesDevelop clean and well-tested codeParticipate actively in scheduled team meetings and agile development processesExecute performance, load, and scaling analysis for the solutions being implementedEncourage others to follow good development practicesActively participate in constructive code review processes, both giving and being receptive to feedbackAssist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for your team.

RequirementsKnowledge of Java 8 and aboveJava Server stack: Servlet API, JSPExperience with SOAP/REST methodologiesKnowledge of Spring Framework ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.)Knowledge of messaging systems (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka)Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and their services (AWS is preferred)Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in runtime (in addition to the ability to prevent such issues)Working knowledge of high load/high data volume systemsExperience in working with microservices, and microservice architectureAbility to design and present architectural diagramsAbility to solve complex problemsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesTroubleshooting and performance management of software applicationExpertise in creating Architectural & Design patterns
