Chief Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable applicationsCollaborate with team members to devise innovative solutions that meet client needsUtilize AWS Cloud services to enhance application functionality and performanceStay updated with the latest technology trends and developmentsTroubleshoot and debug issues promptly and efficientlyGuide the team to ensure system consistency and adherence to best practicesOversee code reviews to maintain high-quality codeProvide technical leadership and support for web, desktop, or mobile applications

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Full Stack DeveloperAt least 2 years of leadership and team management experienceDemonstrated experience leading and implementing at least 2 full-cycle projects from scratch or participation in multiple projects spanning different stages of the lifecycleProficiency in Node.js and TypeScript/ReactProficiency in AWS Cloud servicesStrong understanding of full-stack development principlesAbility to work effectively in a remote team environmentExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsAdvanced English language skills (C1+ level)
