We're growing fast and looking to add a Principal Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about making a significant impact on society through technology.

Job Overview: As the Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the development of both our established mobile platforms and our emerging web services. You will play a key role in guiding our technology strategy, leading a talented team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, innovative software solutions that enhance user connectivity and engagement. This role is for someone looking to move into a leadership.

Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of our full stack solutions, including both mobile apps and future web platforms.Collaborate with product management and design teams to ideate and deliver features that enhance user experience and engagement.Ensure high performance and responsiveness of all applications and oversee their lifecycle from conception to deployment.Mentor and develop a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Regularly review and refine our technology stack and development practices to ensure they remain at the cutting edge.

Required Qualifications:Extensive experience as a full stack developer with a robust portfolio in mobile and web environments.Deep technical expertise in our core technologies: React Native, TypeScript, NestJS, Express, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and Firebase.Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of effectively leading development teams.Strong analytical skills and a commitment to meticulous, high-quality software engineering practices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Hasura, and Knex.js.Experience in startup environments and an adaptive, proactive approach to problem-solving.A personal commitment to building technologies that foster community and personal connections.
