Responsibilities:Leading the design and implementation of a 24/7 high-scale distributed systemProactively participating in every aspect of the software development lifecycle of feature development, including input on specifications, designs, implementation, test, optimization, and deliveryOwning, monitoring, and improving our services in a production environment, performing on-call dutiesOwning and leading collaborative efforts with various stakeholders including Product, IT, and R&D teamsBecoming a technical leader; researching and promoting new technologies and toolsFacing technical challenges – performance, fault-tolerance, security, and live production issuesWriting unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD procedures

Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in software developmentDevelopment experience in C#Proven experience in developing 24×7 mission-critical server-side applications in the cloud, preferably Microsoft AzureExperience in designing enterprise systems using modern technology stack and architectural principlesExperience with SQL, Redis, and messaging systems

Desirable:Experience with cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft Azure or AWSExperience developing .Net Core applicationsExperience with Kubernetes and DockersExperience with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub ActionsHigh coding standards – DDD, TDD, AutomationExperience with Agile development methodologies

Personal skills:Fast learnerAn eye for detail, strong logic, and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure with a ‘can-do’ attitude and solid sense for setting prioritiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive approach to difficulties, and an imaginative problem-solverGood spoken and written English
