What you will do:Customize and enhance Service Now applications.Implement automated workflows and new functionalities.Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatible designs.Integrate systems using REST and SOAP protocols.Manage and develop API integrations.Provide expert advice and conduct training sessions.Coordinate small teams and manage deliverables.

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:4-8 years as a consultant.At least 2 years at a mid-level consultant position.Proficient in Service Now, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and AngularJS.Experienced with REST and SOAP protocols.Lead small groups and take responsibility for project sub-areas.Work independently and manage tasks autonomously.High competence in Service Now and web technologies.Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
