Global Hitss is looking for:

SERVICE NOW DEVELOPER

What You Will Do:

Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Customize ServiceNow instances by developing scripts, business rules, and client-side scripts.

Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform, scripting, and development tools.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).

Experience with ServiceNow application lifecycle management and deployment processes.

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and integration techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
