Position Title: Eagle DeveloperLocation: Remote

Job Description :

C++ Developer and familiar with engine coding. Familiar with Eagle Star mandatory, and the I-Star module (insurance) preferred.There is some debate on whether this ONLY needs developer/ technical input, there has been more recent conversations that make me think the developers needs a bit of a BA brain.

The below are items where technical build/ system configuration would be used, specific to Eagle, and for general account insurance assets:

Market Value Roll Fwd/ Market Value Recon US STAT, ECL, IFRS

Build/ enhance capability to allow reporting output in required format, with required underlying data

Inter-company transactions - build

Currently, the system can record transfers between portfolios in the same legal entity at amortized cost and transfers between legal entities at market value.

Derivatives

Accounting for the embedded derivatives separately from the host instruments for the US GAAP basis

IMR/AVR for Derivatives (Hedge Accounting needs to be done for this to be done)

This is related to determining placement of IMR/ AVR

Hedge accounting/ STAT build
