Manager Notes 16 team members on this team They have architectural direction, currently 5 developers (this is a backfill for one of them Lenin, our consultant hitting tenure) 2-week sprints, quarterly releases Any version of 7 would work/ 7.4 onwards is preferred – currently moving to 7.8 Must have: Blaze, Groovy Scripting, (Java background comes second to Groovy experience), Should be proficient in SOAP/REST API 70% new development, 30% support – on call 1 week every 4-6 weeks (weeklong) Culture: Driven, getting questions answered, they will train and help someone get up to speed, however this person needs to be proactive. – Self Starter They will be paired with an experienced developer to get up to speed
