About The Role

Our Jobs.de | Kariera Group Recruitment Services Germany Team , in partnership with fillibri is seeking a talented Full-Stack (App) Developer to join a dynamic and innovative team. The Full Stack (App) Developers main duties will be in regard to building and maintaining fillibri’s website and mobile app, as well as building a team and leading it.

Key Responsibilities

You shape the core of our company Development of the frontend (Flutter) and backend (Elixir) of the fillibri app Implementation of new features, UX and infrastructure optimizations Building and leading the team Sprint and release planning together with product management Implementation of sprints with clean code including testing of the app API design Version control with Git

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in app development Experience in Flutter and/or Elixir – or interest in learning it At least one year of experience in building and leading a team Openness to new technologies Understanding how users interact with interfaces Willingness to work at least once a week from either the office in Münster, or the co-working spaces in Cologne, Berlin or Hamburg – your choice Fluency in both German and English is an absolute must-have Working independently and responsibly High team spirit
