We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Permanent Product Developer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will work on the Equus AssignmentPro project, a leading-edge technology platform that is revolutionizing the industry. The Permanent Product Developer will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining the platform, ensuring it meets and exceeds the needs and expectations of our clients. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Product Developer, your primary responsibilities will include

Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Equus AssignmentPro platform, using your extensive knowledge of SQL, User Acceptance Testing, Custom Configuration Testing, and Team Foundation Server. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Conducting rigorous User Acceptance Testing, ensuring the platform is user-friendly, reliable, and meets the needs of our clients. Performing custom configuration testing to ensure the platform's functionality and performance. Working closely with the product management team to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Providing technical support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform. Continuously researching and implementing new technologies and best practices to improve the platform's performance and user experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Product Developer position will have the following qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, with a focus on SQL, User Acceptance Testing, Custom Configuration Testing, and Team Foundation Server. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining complex technology platforms. Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures. Extensive experience in User Acceptance Testing and Custom Configuration Testing, with a strong focus on user experience and performance. Proficiency in using Team Foundation Server for source control, build automation, and project management. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for technology and innovation, with a constant drive to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
