Position Overview: As an AI Developer at toolz4biz, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing AI systems and solutions that address our business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI models and integrate them into our existing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.Train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to improve accuracy and performance.Integrate AI models into existing systems and develop APIs for seamless application use.Test and validate AI models to ensure reliability, robustness, and scalability.Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver AI solutions.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in AI/ML development with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C++, or JavaScript.Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.Strong understanding of mathematics and statistics, including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization techniques.Expertise in data manipulation, cleaning, and preprocessing using tools like Pandas and NumPy.Knowledge of software development methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative development practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
