Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for a Back End Engineer (Map & Routing). As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of back-end web development, software development, and object-oriented programming (OOP). You will work closely with the front-end development team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of web applications and websites.

QualificationsShould have at least 5 years of experience. Has worked in any map routing technologies like ESRI Or Graphhopper Or Map-boxHas worked on Map Services like ESRI Or Open Street Maps (OSM) or any other closed maps (Google Maps)Has worked on core aspects of calculating ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), (POI) Point Of Interests Tagging on lat/longsQuick to do PoC & Evaluations, & build Scalable REST APIs5Practitioner of CI/CD with containerization (docker)Technologies / Skills needed : - JavaScript, NodeJS/express, Postgres or equivalent DB - Redis (any other equivalent cache) - Docker - Any Cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform)
