Job Description: Django Developer for Online Grants and Subsidy ServicesPosition Overview: We are seeking a skilled Django Developer to support and maintain our Online Grants and Subsidy services. This role is crucial in ensuring the continued stabilization and enhancement of our system. You will work closely with government developers during the onboarding process and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:System Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Django Online Grants and Subsidy services.Collaborate with government resources to ensure system stability.Requirements and Scoping:Outline and scope work for system changes, which may include coding, database adjustments, and form modifications.Provide accurate estimates for the effort required for requested changes.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with server, network, and other technical support teams.Partner with business users to understand requirements, process changes, and provide comprehensive support.Assist the business in understanding the impact of changes and enhancements.Ticket Processing:Manage and process tickets related to error resolution, maintenance, and system enhancements.Help prioritize tickets and provide technical input to support decision-making processes.Additional Support Functions:Perform analysis, unit testing, and implementation of changes.Ensure all facets of support are addressed, even those not explicitly listed.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in Django Python/Python coding.Proven experience in developing, deploying, and supporting applications.Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Previous experience working within government sectors is preferred.Strong documentation skills.Experience in mentoring or providing knowledge transfer to other technical resources.Preferred Experience: Provide a brief description of similar work undertaken by the candidate within the last 10 years, highlighting relevant work history and experience.
