The Oracle EBS Functional Specialist will lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Support the Core Applications Lead/SubLead in day to day requirements management, design, coordination of development activities, testing, and user support for custom development projects.

Requirements:

A minimum 5 years of PL/SQL EBS (Financials and Projects experience required) as a Developer

• 7 years of professional experience with the following:Structured Query Language (SQL).NET ProgrammingOracle EBS Federal Financial ApplicationsOracle Project AccountingOracle EBS Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA)Oracle EBS General Ledger

Job Duties:

Support existing Oracle EBS implementation and interfaces. Analyze, design, build, test, and maintain enhancements to code. Interact extensively with business users. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.Provide support in developing design and program specifications.Develop program specifications and validate program accuracy by preparing unit test plans/scenarios and evaluating results against plans.Provide support to systems analyst in determining appropriate technical solutions.Able to develop code for the medium to complex programs.The Oracle EBS Specialist should have experience in implementing Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in Oracle Projects, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable modules. Proficiency in Oracle application configuration, customization, and implementation.Strong understanding of business processes related to project management, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite would be a plus.
