Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Developer to join our team and help drive the development of our cutting-edge software product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our product, ensuring high-quality code, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.- Collaborate with the current developer to enhance and optimize the backend.- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Implement and manage project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Jira, Trello).- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure robust and reliable software.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making process.- Ensure proper documentation of code, processes, and systems.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 5-10+ years of experience in software development.- Proficiency in backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).- Experience with AI technologies and integrating APIs (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus.- Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.- Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
