Technical Requirement

Software Requirements:

7+ years of Strong expertise in designing and developing Core Java ( Java 8 ) & Spring based backend applications.Good understanding of Oops concepts, Multithreading, Data structures, Algorithms, Collections, Exception handling, Polymorphism, Synchronization, Inheritance etc. Good understanding of Spring boot, Microservices is desired.Good in UI stack includes - Angular 2 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML is mandatory. Experienced in utilizing standard design patterns.Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.Strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, Stored Procedures/triggers.Experienced with RESTful Web Services/SOA architectures.Previous IB background preferred.Good communication skills.Good to have expertise in JavaScript frameworks such as ExtJS/AngularJS.Self-motivated individual and a Team player.

Overall Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.Architect and develop RESTful services and APIs with a focus on scalability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement complex software solutions.Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and system design principles.

Experience

Day-to-Day Activity

Lead the development and maintenance of software applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.Design and implement RESTful services and APIs, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.Conduct database design, optimization, and query tuning to enhance performance and reliability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the development team.
