What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate?

Offshore Dev for the Canada project.Develop and maintain Front End application code and execution of front-end unit tests, leveraging industry-standard frameworks and tools.Collaborate with UX, Business, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless releases of the product.Ability to write re-usable code and templates, develop quick prototypes, develop proof of concepts as required.Identify, document all development related items.Ability to learn and work on any FE tech stack as per project demand.Mentor and provide guidance to junior dev team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality assurance process.

What is the expectation from the candidate’s current role/profile?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, diploma or relevant education in IT / Computer technology.5 to 7 years of proven experience with hands on in JavaScript, front-end frameworks like Angular, React, Vue (preferred React) etc.5 to 7 years’ experience in working with state-management tool like Redux (preferred) or any other state-management tool.1 to 3 years’ experience in working with Front-end tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, NPM etc.Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines and DevOps practices related to Azure.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and Scrum framework.Knowledge in backend and databases - JAVA, Postgres, NoSQL is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
