Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AWS Developer who will be responsible for managing AWS infrastructure and also working on the frontend development of our applications using React.js. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in both frontend development and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure for hosting frontend and backend applications.Design and implement user interfaces for web applications using React.js.Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless user experience.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Lead and mentor junior developers in best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve overall performance and reliability.Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.

Qualifications:Proven experience as an AWS Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development tools.Extensive experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFront.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to lead projects and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other frontend frameworks and libraries.Knowledge of backend development and integration.Understanding of security best practices for AWS.
