Lead Duck Creek Developer

We are hiring a Duck Creek Lead to join our team remotely!

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead a team responsible for overseeing deliveries, design, development, and deployment. Independently craft code for Agile stories of high complexity across diverse platforms. Work closely with the quality assurance team to contribute to test automation efforts. Identify, debug, and resolve high-complexity bugs or issues independently, pinpointing the root cause and implementing fixes. Adhere to development standards and proficiently present technical solutions during code reviews with fellow developers. Collaborate closely with technical resources to interpret and translate business requirements into solution designs. Actively engage in the analysis, configuration, and programming activities supporting our business systems. Develop the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, effectively communicating and engaging with diverse teammates.
