Position: Guardian Angel Mentor - Mern Stack Development

Minimum Qualification: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Full Stack Development or related field at top and well-known product-based companies.

Role Overview:As a Guardian Angel Mentor at TecVarsity program of Coding Ninjas, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the next generation of tech enthusiasts. Through personalized mentorship sessions and engaging webinars, you'll empower students to master essential skills in Frontend, Backend, React, Data Structures and Algorithms, and more, preparing them for success in the ever-evolving field of Full Stack Development.

Responsibilities:Conduct 1:1 mentorship sessions with students, evaluating them on technical concepts, projects, and soft skills while providing personalized guidance and feedback.Offer career guidance, resume reviews, and recommendations to help students build and enhance their professional profiles.Resolve technical doubts and foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to explore and excel in the field.

Requirements:Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Full Stack Development or a related field at top product-based and MAANG companies.Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Frontend, Backend, React, Data Structures, Algorithms, and visualization tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and empowering others.Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the learning styles and preferences of individual students.Prior experience in mentoring or coaching is a plus.
