For one of our clients, we are looking for a person to take on the role of Java Backend Developer!

Responsibilities:Ability to work with Paris team (communication is key)Being proactive, assertive and a very good team spirit will be the essenceYou should be fluent in EnglishRegularly deliver IT solutions (2 weeks - Scrum) with business value, with ownership of topics assignedAbility to follow topic to the delivery and applying release Processes, but also follow with after care in case of production issueIntegrate and apply Agile Scrum methodology, participate, and contribute to allceremoniesActive collaboration with Paris Business Analysts on specifications, test plans and certificationStudy feasability, cost and project qualification to make sure technical solution fullyanswers the business requestSeek the most appropriate solution to ensure security, scalability and efficiency.Ensure the quality and maintainability of our code by following defined Craft practicesImplement Craft practices (clean code, code review, KATA ...) and ensure compliance with development standards (clean code, branching strategy, peer programming), DevOPS (infra as code...)Analyze errors and contribute to continuous improvement of solutions.Share your knowledge with other Software Craftsmen/women.Share code with other teams on our Github EnterpriseSupport applications related to our scope and ensured of technical fix on production bugsTake on assignments that may cover several business areas:

Global Operating Model Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering, innovation projects and business projects

independently on behalf of the SG Poland’s branchEnsure and improve code quality using SonarDevelop and maintain continuous delivery toolsContribute to technical documentations

Requirements:Minimum 7 years of professional experienceBanking background would be a plus

Language skills:Fluency in EnglishPolish and French would be an asset
