Position: WordPress and PHP Development Intern (Unpaid)

Duration: 3 months

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:

Assist in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.

Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Implement responsive design to ensure websites function well on all devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites.

PHP Development:

Write clean, well-documented PHP code to support website functionality.

Collaborate with the development team to integrate back-end services with front-end needs.

Work on database design and optimization using MySQL.

Assist in debugging and testing PHP code for new and existing projects.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.

Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and brainstorm new ideas.

Learning and Growth:

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress and PHP development.

Participate in training sessions to enhance your development skills.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.

Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with MySQL and database management.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
