Minimum Qualification:

A minimum of five (5) years experience developing Web based applications using LotDomino 8.5 or higher version.A minimum of five (5) years experience administrating LotDomino server. At least three (3) years of the five must be performed on a Microsoft Windows x64 platform.A minimum of five ( 5) years of experience in java, html, XML, and Visual Basic.A minimum of two (2) years of experience in working with FI$Cal system.

Desired Qualification:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in State Government business processes and activities relating application development of request for personnel action, procurement, contract, and timesheet automated systems.Strong troubleshooting skills to be used to resolve Domino server and the ARTS/ASTROS application layer issues.Strong ability to write technical system documentation.Good oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
