About The Role
CareMaster is seeking a talented, creative, and proactive Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic team dedicated to designing and developing software products for NDIS and community service providers. As part of our team, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of CareMaster (caremaster.com.au) and Trips (tripssoftware.com.au), our flagship platforms designed to empower service providers and enhance the lives of community members.
In this role, you will collaborate within a cross-functional team to develop and maintain our in-house software, mobile platform technology, and application development and deployment for iOS and Android platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass API integration, utilizing tools such as Jira and Bitbucket to streamline development processes, and fostering close collaboration with our product, GTM (Go-To-Market), and CX (Customer Experience) teams.
The ideal candidate will not only possess exceptional technical skills but also thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and the CareMaster team. We are seeking a proactive developer who exhibits leadership qualities, driving innovative ideas forward and consistently delivering outstanding results through meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain mobile applications for CareMaster and Trips platforms, leveraging React Native technology.
Implement and maintain static and dynamic libraries, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Utilize TypeScript to enhance code readability, maintainability, and robustness.
Demonstrate proficiency in PHP, leveraging its capabilities to develop and integrate backend functionalities.
Conduct comprehensive unit testing and UI testing to ensure the reliability and quality of mobile applications.
Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) practices to streamline development workflows and enhance productivity.
Develop and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless communication between mobile applications and backend systems.
Manage the deployment of mobile applications on Apple's App Store and Google Play Store, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Ongoing compliance and training in line with ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications – Must Have
Minimum of 3+ Years of professional Mobile Development experience with React Native.
Proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience in building both static and dynamic libraries.
Strong knowledge of PHP.
Competence in unit testing and UI testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) practices.
A background in API development.
Proven experience in deploying mobile applications on Apple's App Store and Google Play Store.
Qualifications – Nice To Have
Knowledge of MS SQL and Laravel.
Experience with NDIS, CHSP, transport, or community service providers.
