Role OverviewAs a Senior Blockchain Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing blockchain solutions that address complex business challenges. Leveraging your deep expertise in blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and shape the future of decentralized ecosystems.

1.ResponsibilityDesign, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications and protocols.Collaborate with teammates, and participate in technical discussions to gather requirements and define technical specifications.Implement smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic protocols.Optimize performance, scalability, and security of blockchain networks.Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology and industry trends.

2.RequirementBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Extensive experience in blockchain development, with a focus on Ethereum.Proficiency in tech stacks like Solidity, Ethereum, NodeJS , Java, ReactJS, etc.Knowledgeable about ERC721, ERC1155, staking, soulbound tokens, etcHands-on experience with smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and decentralized storage solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Good command of English.Able to work in the GMT zone (Ireland time)
