Job Description

Position Summary : Will be working as a technical consultant for M3 to support various clientsacross the globeKey Activities : An Infor M3 Technical Consultant will be responsible for theconfiguration-support, maintenance, and implementation Infor M3 forvarious clients. They will need to collaborate with client contacts ingathering business requirements, documenting, improving processes,designing solutions, and helping in the configuration as per the scope. Theconsultant should have thorough technical knowledge about M3.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience around using Infor M3 development tools on both on-Prem and Cloudsuite products such as MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit), MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator), Jscript IDM Forms Mashups Event Hub Web Service.• Experience working on M3 Xtend & Xstream/StreamServe Reporting tool• Basic knowledge of Java, RDBMS, SQL, and XML• Good knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of each extensibility tool like M3 Jscript/ Java Scripts, Mashup, Smart Office SDK/ Web SDK and etc.• Experience in ERP implementation or support projects.• Experience in data migration and integration.• Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies.• Problem-solving attitude for client-related projects.• Requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.• Excellent tactful communication skills including strong communication skills.• Ability to work with databases/MIS.• Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments.• Should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language.• Good in business documentation and presentation skills.

Other: Thorough knowledge of technical concepts in development, testing, report development & customizations. Should have done atleast 1 end to end implementation & have also supported clients on M3 application version 13.x.
