As a ServiceNow developer/ServiceNow Business Analyst/ITSM Process Consultant, you'll join a high-performing team at ENTERLEAP CONSULTING.
Responsibilities for ServiceNow developer role:
- Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Scripted Rest API, Rest API (Outbound & Inbound) & Authentication Process- Implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics & Employee Centre Knowledge- Troubleshooting issues and providing consultative guidance to stakeholders and team members- Multitasking, self-learning, and demonstrating good functional knowledge- Leading projects, supporting activities, and training or mentoring other developers- Communicating, presenting, and problem-solving effectively- Understanding ITIL/ITSM processes and ITBM process and implementation
Qualifications for ServiceNow developer role:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering- Hands-on experience in Glide Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX & AngularJS- Hands-on experience on various ServiceMow modules such as ITOM, HRSD and fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD
About the Role (ITSM Process Consultant):
As the ITSM Process Consultant, you'll be a detective, uncovering the root causes of IT issues and preventing them from happening again.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Problem Detective: You'll analyze incidents and problems, identify trends, and stop issues in their tracks before they can cause major disruptions.Knowledge Keeper: You'll develop and maintain our Knowledge Base, making sure it's a treasure trove of valuable information for everyone.Process Pro: You'll be the go-to guru for ITIL's Problem Management and Knowledge Management processes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.Communication Champion: You'll collaborate with everyone from IT ninjas to business wizards, sharing knowledge and keeping everyone informed.Metrics Master: You'll track progress, analyze data, and use insights to continuously improve our Problem Management and Knowledge Management strategies.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 5-8 years of experience wrestling IT problems.Is a certified ITIL expert (v4 or v3) and a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM).Has a proven track record in Major Incident Management, General SIAM (Service Integration and Management), ITSM Process Consulting, Cross functional Services and ITIL FunctionsHas hands-on experience of managing Major incidents management and problems in a multi-vendor setupThrives in a structured environment and loves creating clear processes.Has a knack for leading teams, motivating others, and sharing knowledge.Is a whiz with reports, dashboards, and service management ticketing tools.Can communicate effectively and excellently with all levels of the organization.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience ensuring compliance with ITIL and other relevant regulations.Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.A knack for organizing killer training programs.
