React Developer

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an equity-only position, offering significant ownership in the company. The role will convert to a full-time salaried position once the company achieves sales targets or funding.

What we are looking forWe are seeking a highly skilled React UI Developer with a strong foundation in React and a proven track record of building Next.js Applications, particularly within the SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of React, Next.js, and building SaaS-based applications with React.

Strong React Expertise: A deep understanding of React and its fundamental principles is crucial.SPA Development Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in crafting Single Page Applications (SPAs), especially within the SaaS domain, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.Efficient Styling with Tailwind: Proficiency in utilizing Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks for streamlined and responsive styling.Architectural Proficiency: Ability to architect applications effectively, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and robustness.Modern Web Development Skills: A solid grasp of modern web development technologies and best practices.Collaborative Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure top-notch application performance.Experience with Laravel: - it’s a bonus if you’ve had experience building APIs with Typescript - but not a hard requirement.

Who we areFlowork is an early-stage startup. The product is a SaaS solution for the entire post-sale customer-facing lifecycle at other B2B SaaS companies, providing assistance to Onboarding, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams. Currently, B2B SaaS companies purchase individual tools for these teams; the premise of Flowork is that it is one tool that provides best in class functions for all of them at a significant cost savings.No product like this currently exists in the marketplace. 

As this is an equity-only position to start, we realize that you might have a "day job" (our co-Founders do too); as part of the interview process, we'd like you to be up-front and honest with us about how much time you can devote to the project each week.

Where we areWe’ve built out the framework and design for the front-end that we can use to for basic activitiesWe’ve built out approximately 30% of the API for the app (more work is done every day)
