Role Summary:We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with a keen eye for design and user experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves translating design and wireframes into high-quality code, optimizing our application for maximum speed and scalability, and ensuring the best possible user experience on the BittDesk ITSM platform.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the frontend architecture for BittDesk ITSM.Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.Implement responsive web design principles to ensure our web application performs well on both desktop and mobile devices.Optimize application for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability.Engage in the full software development lifecycle including testing, implementation, and auditing.Write robust, clean, and documented code to ensure readability and maintainability.Ensure compliance with the latest web standards and accessibility laws (WCAG).Collaborate with backend developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.

Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, with familiarity with Vue.js or Angular being a plus.Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript, as well as HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).Experience with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical needs.Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

Nice to Have:Experience in building and maintaining Docker containers.Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures.Understanding of session management in a distributed server environment.
