Summary:

We are seeking a talented Chatbot Engineer to join our team and support the Legal/Procurement department in creating a chatbot for contract review. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bringing our prototype into production, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Embedding Models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts to assist users in drafting compliant contracts.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will be responsible for:

Develop and maintain data pipelines for processing text-based contract data.Split contracts into meaningful text chunks.Use Embedding Models to vectorize text chunks and compare them with internal contract guidelines.Employ Large Language Models to interpret content and suggest suitable changes to paragraphs in line with internal guidelines.Select an appropriate vector database for storing and analyzing vector data and corresponding metadata.Define the infrastructure and frameworks for deploying and orchestrating data processing pipelines.Design and implement API endpoints for triggering processing steps.Collect and store user data securely.Manage access and user permissions.Develop and apply evaluation metrics to monitor and enhance the performance of the solution over time.

What You Bring (Skills, Capabilities)

Proven experience with Large Language Models, Embedding Models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.Experience with vector databases and data processing pipelines.Familiarity with API design and implementation.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Word plugin development.Knowledge of legal or procurement processes.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying machine learning models.Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
