Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Job Description:Client is looking for Sr. ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and HR Portal development. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance our HR service delivery processes and improve the overall employee experience. Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the HRSD module, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of ServiceNow HRSD and HR Portal solutionsDevelop custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow, ensuring high performance and scalability.Implement HR service catalog items, record producers, and workflows.Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications.Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations to ensure seamless data flow.Automate HR processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and other automation tools.Configure HRSD components, including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management.Customize the HR Portal to improve usability and align with business requirements.Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow HRSD implementation and optimization.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3 years focused on HRSD.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module, including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management.Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
